Terms of Service

Last updated: May 22, 2026.

What Can Do It Electrical is

Can Do It Electrical is a referral and job-coordination service. We are not a licensed electrical contractor. We connect homeowners and businesses with independent, licensed local electricians who perform the actual work.

Using our service

By submitting a quote request, you are asking us to match you with a licensed electrician for the job you describe. The match is free, comes with no obligation to hire, and no fee is charged to you for using Can Do It's matchmaking.

Your relationship with the electrician

Any work performed is done by the matched independent licensed electrician under their own contract with you. They set the price, the scope, the schedule, and the warranty terms. Can Do It Electrical is not a party to that contract and does not employ the electrician.

We make a reasonable effort to refer customers to electricians who are licensed and insured at the time of referral, but we do not warrant or guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by an independent electrician. Any disputes about workmanship, pricing, or scheduling are between you and that electrician.

Accurate information

Please give us truthful contact information and an honest description of the job so we can match you correctly.

Acceptable use

Don't submit fake requests, abuse the form, or use the service to harass an electrician or anyone else. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Intellectual property

The Can Do It Electrical name, logo, and site content are ours. You're welcome to read it; don't republish or reuse it as your own.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Can Do It Electrical service and website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Can Do It Electrical's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the service is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including (but not limited to) loss of business, property damage, or personal injury caused by an independent electrician's work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
